Politically stable and under direct British rule, Anguilla offers both International Business Companies (IBC’s) and Limited Liability Companies (LLC’s).
The Anguillan IBC and LLC is not permitted to conduct business in Anguilla – except for maintaining bank accounts and holding meetings (not required).

Requirements for IBC’s

5. Annual Return and Disclosure of Beneficial Owners to Authorities is not required.
Taxation
The IBC and LLC are exempt from Anguillan taxes, but an Annual Fee is payable to the Authorities. The Fee varies according to the Capital structure of the Company, and is US$250, provided the IBC’s Authorized Capital does not exceed US$50,000.

Formation & Registered Office/Agent for 1st Year – US$950 + $250 Government Tax.
Registered Office/Agent for 2nd & subsequent years – US$495 p.a. + $250 Annual Fee to Authorities.
